On its own or as the basis for cooking other stews, our tripe is cooked according to a traditional recipe and with the best ingredients. Tasty and energetic, this typical recipe from Spanish cuisine is prepared with beef tripe and chorizo. Great comfort food on the coldest days of the year.

Format: 500 g y 2’5 Kg.

Microwave: Make a hole in the lid of the container and heat in the microwave at maximum power for 8 minutes, remove the lid, stir the product well, let it rest for 1 minute and it’s ready to eat.

 

Pan: Add a few drops of oil, heat for a few minutes stirring the product and serve.
