Paella de marisco (Seafood Paella)

Undoubtedly a signature dish of traditional Valencian cuisine. Together with traditional paella, this recipe has become a firm favourite amongst tourists who visit Spain.

The abundant waters of the Mediterranean led fishermen to use these ingredients and create this succulent alternative where meat from the traditional recipe is substituted by shellfish and crustaceans.

 

Format: 350 g y 1 Kg.

Microwave: Make a hole in the lid of the container and heat in the microwave at maximum power for 3 minutes (for 1 Kg heat 5 minutes), remove the lid, stir the product well, let it rest for 1 minute and it’s ready to eat.

Pan: Add a few drops of oil, heat for a few minutes stirring the product and serve.

Fried rice (rice, tomato, olive oil (refined olive oil, virgin olive oil), salt, fried onion (onion, virgin olive oil (3%), salt), garlic paste (90% garlic cloves , salt 10%), corn maltodextrin, aromas, vegetables and dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot, leek), sweet paprika, spices, aromatic herbs, rosemary, natural smoke extract, ground saffron), water, red pepper (7% ), carrot (5.4%), green bean (5.2%), pea (5.2%), cauliflower (4.1%), artichoke (0.8%). May contain traces of fish, crustacean, mollusc and egg.
