Migas manchegas (Sauteed Manchegan breadcrumbs)

The basis of this dish is oven-baked bread mixed with select pancetta, chorizo, garlic and paprika. A simple culinary marvel from the region of Castile–La Mancha, it is a satisfying dish that everyone enjoys.

Format: 200 g y 1 Kg.

Microwave: Make a hole in the lid of the container and heat in the microwave at maximum power for 1 minutes (for 1 Kg heat 3 minutes), remove the lid, stir the product well, let it rest for 1 minute and it’s ready to eat.


Pan: Add a few drops of oil, heat for a few minutes stirring the product and serve.

Bread (wheat flour, water, sourdough, salt, yeast, improver (wheat flour, vital wheat gluten, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid, enzymes: xylanase (wheat), amylase (wheat), glucose oxidase (wheat ) and lipase (wheat)), olive oil (refined olive oil, virgin olive oil), bacon and/or jowls, chorizo (pork, paprika, salt, garlic, edible natural casing), garlic, paprika and salt.
