In Microwave: Puncture some holes in the plastic bag and heat for 5 minutes at full power. Remove the product and serve.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 220º C. Remove the knuckle from the bag and heat for 15minutes, add the sauce at the last minute.
Very typical of the German cuisine, the pork knuckle is the part of the pork leg from the elbow to the fee. We crickets pieces without the skin and the fat layer from below, making it puts a lighter and simple and a great flavor.
