Preparation Tips

Microwave: Puncture a hole in the container´s cover and insert it in the microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes. Remove the lid, stir the product and let stand for 30 seconds before serving.
Stove: Pour a little oil in the pan and add the contents. Heat for 5 minutes and consume . (The 1 kilogram Risotto needs 5 minutes heating in the microwave oven).

The mushroom risotto is a tasty and nutritious rice. It is a typical dish from northern Italy. We cook it with different kinds of mushrooms (oyster mushroom, boletus, gírgola, shiitake and nameco).
