Preparation Tips

Microwave: Puncture a hole in the top of the lid and heat in the microwave at full power for 1 minute. Remove the lid, stir the product well and  let stand for 30 seconds before serving.
Stove: Add a few drops of oil, heat for 3 minutes while stirring the product and serve. (1 kg tray) put the contents of a serving in a suitable container and heat in microwave for 1 minute.

A typical dish of La Mancha, of pastoral origin. Its preparation makes it a nutritious dish. It consists mainly of bread crumbs, minced chorizo, bacon, garlic and olive of oil. Its simple but tasty ingredients make it one of the most popular dishes of our region
